Fallen Halo Network Store Terms of Service

By making a purchase from the Fallen Halo Network Tebex store, you agree to the following terms:

  1. All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law.

  2. Virtual items, ranks, perks, keys, and other digital goods are delivered electronically and have no real-world cash value.

  3. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals may result in a permanent suspension of your account and removal of purchased items.

  4. Purchased items are intended only for the account specified during checkout and may not be transferred unless approved by management.

  5. Fallen Halo Network reserves the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or replace perks, kits, and features as necessary to maintain server balance and gameplay quality.

  6. Access to the server is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary downtime.

  7. Any attempt to exploit bugs, abuse store features, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate server rules may result in punishment, including the removal of purchased items without compensation.

  8. Store purchases do not exempt players from server rules. All players are subject to the same community guidelines regardless of rank or purchase history.

  9. Fallen Halo Network reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the server or store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  10. If you have questions regarding a purchase, please contact server staff through the official Discord before initiating a payment dispute.

    Compliance with Laws

    Fallen Halo Network operates in accordance with applicable international, national, regional, state, and local laws. By using our server or making a purchase through our Tebex store, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Any activity that violates applicable laws may result in account suspension, termination, and/or reporting to the appropriate authorities where required.
